Terms of service

MarketMap AI generates marketing strategy suggestions from a curated database of industry benchmarks: advertising costs, platform demographics, conversion rates and channel playbooks. You enter a business type, market, budget and optionally a sale value, and the tool calculates projections and recommendations.

The core strategy tool is free and does not require an account. Paid features are optional, clearly marked, and never required to use the free tool.

MarketMap Pro works on prepaid credits: one credit is exchanged for one live AI research report on the business and market you specify. Credits are sold in packs, never expire, and involve no subscription or recurring charge.

Pro reports are generated by AI research over live web sources at the moment you request them. They cite their sources and state their assumptions; like all research, they reflect what public sources said at generation time and may contain point-in-time data (for example competitor prices or review counts) that later changes.

Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; their checkout terms apply to the transaction itself. Refunds are governed by our Refund policy at marketmap.cloud/refunds, which is part of these terms.

If a report fails to generate, the credit is restored. Do not attempt to resell generated reports as your own automated service or to bulk-generate reports for redistribution; reports are licensed for use in your own business or your clients' work.

All projections are estimates built from published industry benchmarks and simplified models. Real results depend on your product, execution, creative quality, competition, seasonality and many other factors we cannot see.

Numbers are shown as ranges with the formulas behind them so you can judge them yourself. They are informed starting points, not promises of performance, revenue or profit.

MarketMap AI is not financial, legal or investment advice. Decisions you make based on the tool are your own responsibility.

You may use the tool for planning your own business or your clients' businesses, including commercial use of the generated reports.

You may not scrape, bulk-download or resell the underlying database, attempt to disrupt the service, misrepresent generated reports as guarantees to third parties, or use the site for anything unlawful.

The MarketMap AI name, design, software and curated database are owned by us. The strategy reports generated for your inputs are yours to use freely, including in commercial work.

Benchmark figures in our database are derived from publicly published industry studies and are provided for reference.

We aim to keep the service available but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketMap AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising from your use of the service.

For free features, our total liability for any claim is limited to $0 or the smallest amount permitted by applicable law. For paid features, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves, for example when paid features launch. The date at the top always reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
