Refund policy

The free strategy tool costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It stays free.

Pro works on credits. One credit is exchanged for one live AI research report on a business and market you specify. Credits are sold in packs, never expire, and there is no subscription or recurring charge.

If you bought credits and have not spent them, you can request a full refund of the unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Email billing@marketmap.cloud from the address you purchased with and we will process it through the original payment method.

After 14 days, unused credits remain valid forever but are no longer refundable as cash.

If a report fails to generate, generates incompletely, or is technically unusable, the credit is restored to your balance automatically. If that does not happen for any reason, email us and we will restore it or refund it, your choice. You never pay for a report you did not receive.

A Pro report is custom research work performed at the moment you request it, which is why a delivered report is not automatically refundable the way an unused credit is.

That said, we stand behind the quality. If a delivered report is genuinely defective, for example it names competitors that do not exist, contains broken or missing sections, or clearly ignores the business and location you entered, contact us within 14 days with the specifics and we will regenerate it free or refund the credit. Judging a correct report to be unhelpful for subjective reasons, or business results not matching projections, are not defects; projections are estimates by nature and are documented as such in every report.

Payments are handled by our payment provider (a merchant of record), and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

If you believe a charge is wrong or unauthorized, contact us first at billing@marketmap.cloud before opening a bank dispute; we resolve legitimate problems faster than the dispute process does.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Where local law grants you stronger rights than this policy, local law wins.
